My Best Friend's Wedding!

Ahh, Jamie is getting married!  She had a wedding planned for April of 2016 and then some things in life came up.  Her and Jason agreed to get married now at the court house and just celebrate and renew their vows in 2016 for the original date they planned.  I was able to take off work so that I could be there with them and they would have witnesses that they knew and I am happy that I was able to be there.  I went up early and we all got ready together and then headed over.  The judge was so nice and it was such a nice cozy ceremony.  After we were treated to lunch by Jason and we talked about the new plans for April 2016!

Stations of the Cross

Each Sunday durning lent these kids practice the Stations and we are the lucky ones that get to see it. It amazes me that these young kids pull this off and they like it!  They chose to be a part of this amazing show.  This year is a little sad because Kaylee has decided it will be her last.  She is older now and it starts with 4th grade so its time for her to just be an audiance member with us.  The good thing is that she will be able to see how much Lincoln loves it.  This has always kept his attention and makes us talk about the stations.

A Little Boy Lives Here....

As we drove by the house today I could see the evidence of a little boy in the yard.  I was reminded how lucky we are to have to have a great son.  He loves his trucks and animals and loves them even more when he can play outside.  Our yard might be a mess at times but it is worth it seeing how much fun he has out there with all that stuff!

Heat Mansion?

I think they got a little carried away with the heat tent today!

Ha, they needed to make popcorn!

Me: Did you cut your hair?

Linc: Nope!

Me: Then who cut your hair?

Linc: no one!

Repeat 3x

Me: okay someone cut your hair so who did it? You?

Linc: yep!

Me: Why?

Linc: It felt funny right there and here!

Congratulations to Kaylee!

Kaylee came home from school today with two acceptance letters!  One for National Honor Society  and one for yearbook committee for high school.  Needless to say she was totally stoked and we were super proud!

Prepared to be amazed!

This little boy amazes us everyday and I wouldn't change a thing!

Eyes are windows to the soul...

AND HERS ARE WONDERFUL!  I am constantly amazed by how beautiful she is.  No matter what she has going on in her life she never lets it get her down.  I made some not so hot decisions and her father is a constant reminder.  She now has to deal with him and no matter what she is dealing with her eyes never show anything but beauty and happiness.

While away...

Kaylee is 14 so she has lots of cool things to do on the weekends that do not include being at home.  Although there are a lot of negative things about social media there are lots of things that I do love about it.  Without social media I wouldn't be able to see what she was doing while she was away.  I love seeing these pics of her and her friends enjoying their time together.  I am glad that she has found Keili.  The only went to kindergarten together and recently found each other again but they clicked.  It is hard to find good friends at 14 but I think Kaylee has found hers!

New hobby!

Like I needed another something to fill up my non existent free time but this is fun!  My friends Sam thinks we should start selling them so I guess here goes nothing.

Kaylee was out with a friends so Daddy took Lincoln out for bowling and ice cream.  Im thinking they found a new hobby!

Matt and I came home from the gym tonight to find Linc sleeping in the chair cuddling the remote.  He was watching the food network too!

We were both in aww once again that he is ours!
