Social butterfly

Kaylee is hardly ever home on the weekends.  I totally remember what that was like though.  As a teen you never want to be home.  Thankfully due to social media and her having a phone I get pics of her while she out.

Zeppelin and Floyd concert

The guys all went to the Zepplin and Floyd concert tonight!  Us women opted out!

Party Planner

Kaylee and some of her friends decided to throw a surprise party for a friend of theirs.  His parents were forking out a lot of money for his sister going to college and he did'nt have the time or the funds to have a party this year.  Kaylee is very thoughtful and has many friends just like her.  This group of kids are so close and would do almost anything for each other.  Kaylee was in charge of cupcakes!  Since the party was "movie night' theme we made popcorn cupcakes.

Toothless!

Linc has lost 4 of his front teeth all at one time!  He had lost the bottom two with in the last couple of weeks and had been working hard on the top ones.  He had one that was just hanging to so we were counting down the days to his next dentist apt.  He just knew she would pull it out for him.  She did too and the other one.  The other top one was not quite as loose and it hurt a bit but he took it like a champ.

High school registration!

Today Kaylee had to register for HIGH SCHOOL!  I feel like I just graduated high school yet I am signing up my daughter.  I am not even sure how this is possible or if I am ready for it.  I know she will love and it will be an era she will never forget. 

We had a little fun at Lincoln expense.  We told him that being shoved in lockers was not supposed to be fun so this his best attempt at being sad!

First timers!

Sam wanted to go to Fast Eddies for her birthday.  We have always heard how awesome the place was, cheap beer and food, so we headed out on the long drive.  From my house it took about an hour and 45 min to get there since I had to stop and pick up Sam and Alicia.  We had a good time and the food was good and cheap like everyone said.  There was an outdoor covered patio ao the atmosphere was really nice.  After the band started though it was really loud and almost impossible to have a conversation.   Over I came to the conclusion that it was a really far way to go to a bar.  Not sure I will be willing to take the trip again.
